Noticed that too. Either the pop rivets did exactly that, or the bracket didn't give enough room for the 2x4 latch to slide. Either way it's a classic Red Green fix.
Allen you should know if it ain't broke you're not trying.but it can't be a Red Green fix, there's no duct tape. Some of his stuff would make good posts here.
So does he have another one just like it on the inside?
