The Brunner-Winkle Aircraft Corporation built 220 planes in Brooklyn between 1928 and 1931, and perhaps 60 are still around. But this one was bought by Charles Lindbergh

Things with wheels aren't statues, so, he made it airworthy, and it was sold to a guy who will keep flying it, who also doesn't think planes belong in museums. So, now that it's also worth a 1/4 million or so, it's going to stay flying and being sold to anyone who won't give it to the museum
