Pilot and nose artist George Rarey who did the P 47s, and whose son Damon made up the book from sketches and nose art from his dad's daily sketchbooks, well, his grand daughter has made a documentary about both of her grandfathers, using a lot of George's sketches and art (thanks Dave!)
