I think it is probably real. That boat is pretty small, and maybe it's the only vehicle they own. I think this picture is from Quebec, because the license plate looks like one from Quebec, and the "Prive" sign in the back ground means "Private" in French.
I've never seen a Boss 429 with any strips on the side. That looks similar to a Dodge or Plymouth graphic.
