Hi Jesse, thank you for posting this and forcing me to do some research to find out more.
Apparently it has a Porsche engine and is one of 200 built to work on Coffee farms. Streamlined not for speed, but to keep from damaging the coffee trees.
I've posted them before, both the Porsche, Deere, Plymouth, and McCormick, heck - probably other brands too. https://justacarguy.blogspot.com/search?q=orchard+tractor I try to avoid repeating information, so I didn't bother mentioning it this time, because I've posted it before, probably years ago. It's all there past the link to the source anyway.
Those head-on pics are amazing! My first guess was a snowmobile. Lack of scale in pic didn't help. For your readers who still don't know what it is, these are called "orchard" tractors, the smooth, enveloping sheet metal allows them to slip between fruit trees without damaging the trees or the fruit.

Looks like a sheet metal body attached to a lawn tractor, which it turns out it is. The first two photos made me think of an unpowered downhill racer sort of like Soapbox Derby racers. So where does the exhaust come out?

Porsche Coffee Train P312
Wouldn't have known about this if not for you.

Until I saw the wheels my first guess was bobsled!
