two brothers under FBI investigation video recorded two Houston police illegally putting a GPS tracking device on their vehicle without a warrant. They got the Texas Rangers on the case

The two brothers who were under FBI investigation captured the incident on video and later provided the footage to the FBI Gang Task Force, and a video of the device, that they removed from their vehicle and attached to a random truck at a nearby gas station (Ha! I love that!)

This was not the first time they had found a tracking device on their vehicle. They said they discovered one on May 4, 2025, and shared photographs it, a device made by LandAirSea Systems, Inc.

So, what can we make of that?  The FBI has people under investigation and Houston PD are illegally putting trackers on their vehicle.

I like that they got the Texas Rangers to deal with it. There's a right way to do things, and evidently, the Houston police repeatedly did it the illegal way. Lazy? Corrupt?

And why the hell is Houston PD messing with anyone that the FBI is already investigating?
