1939 Bugatti type 57C, coachwork by Vanvooren, wedding gift to the Prince of Persia, from the country of France. Exquisite, and now in the Peterson Museum collection
here is a good examplke of what a difference lighting makes
the above and below photos are both here because I can't decide which I like better
the trunk dorsal fin chrome stands out great in this side shot, but disappears from behind

the top of this container says, Petroleum Spirits, Highly Inflammable
Notice the above has a couple levers, and the previous similar photo did not have the Ignition late/early lever and knob
spotted on the freeways to LA
