original owner of an immaculate 58 Impala just sold it. No info on how much, or the mileage

Amelia bought this car brand new off the showroom floor at Central Chevrolet, in downtown Columbia, SC. Her dad loaned her $500 for the down payment. Then went and ordered the cruiser skirts at Kenny's Auto Supply in Columbia when the car was new.

    1. those are 3 nice numbers... 883, 727, 904, 83/4... I can do that to, and it means nothing unless you're brave enough to type the words that give those 3 numbers meaning. If you're a quadriplegic, and are typing with a pointer held in your mouth, I can understand not having the strength to use some words to indicate the relevance of the three numbers you chose. 348... but, since I have yet to discover that anyone looking at this blog is disabled to the point of being unable to use a keyboard and pound away at the letters, quit being lazy, and say what the hell 348 means to the person who might read your comment hoping to gain enlightenment from your knowledge sharing. Is 348 the mileage I was curious about? Is it the price the seller asked for? Is it the engine size? Is it Einstein's IQ? If you can't at least be useful, be quiet. “I think you thought you were gonna walk in here and flash a badge and that was gonna mean something. I eat breakfast seventy yards away from three thousand Cubans who are trained to kill me. Danny, believe this. I’d kill you. I’d kill everyone in this room. I’d kill anyone to protect what I am paid to protect.” I have a great responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Santiago, and you curse the Marines. You have that luxury. The luxury of the blind. The luxury of not knowing what I know: That Santiago’s death, while tragic, probably saved lives. And my existence, while grotesque and uncomprehensible to you, saves lives. You can’t handle it. Because deep down, in places you don’t talk about, you want me on that wall. You need me there. We use words like honor, code, loyalty. We use these words as a backbone to a life spent defending something. You use them as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom I provide, then questions the manner in which I provide it. I’d prefer you just said thank you and went on your way. Otherwise, I’d suggest you pick up a weapon and stand a post.”
