A Wisconsin road has added a decimal point to its speed limit — in the hope that the unusual traffic sign will catch attention.... but it's pointless... the speed limit is 17 mph, it's a rare person that pays ANY attention to a speed limit under 20 mph
what makes this even more absurd, is that it's inside a city dump facility in Appleton Wisconsin.
It's not even on normal city streets. So, this is just stupid.
If it was a publicity stunt , it worked .
