In the early 70s Claude Thornhill had the baddest Camaro in town. Only a few years later we were told that the car was going to be re-poed and if we wanted that engine, we better get it quick. We pulled the engine out in a storm with heavy rain, thunder and lightning. The wheels were gone and the battery and radiator, so the bank didnt get much out of the hulk.

ReplyDeletenot the best time to wrench.. but damn, if someone told me there was a sweet engine, I'd be there helping to keep it out of the banks greedy mitts.
