thank you Robert for sharing the Bridgestone oil change sign... that some idiot wrote and no one proofread. It says they drop an oil pan to change oil, every time, and that they remove the "Oil Pain"

Step one, seems to show an air pressure gauge. Why not show a dipstick?
Step 2, ..."drain the old oil by removing the oil pain."
I'm pretty sure that step 3 isn't exactly accurate or correct.
But step 4 verifies they certainly do mean to drop the oil pan, and then, reinstall it on the engine.

Maybe that actually is the right way to change the oil on some vehicle, but, not that I know of. I just suppose it's possible.

  2. They also ensure the oil filter is lubricated, that's good thinking right there.

  3. It's always a good idea to replace the oil then reattach the oil pan. The worse part? some shop put it on their door.
