I'm going to call CG on this one. There's no other pics of this to be found. The whiskers on the right do something funny at the end, and the perspective of the bus doesn't seem to sync with the floor. Also, looks like double steering wheels? And that gold bulge in the center above the pink nose is just weird. If you'd built this by hand, surely that wouldn't be your design choice.
