I think that is a 1960 Biscayne. From what I could find online, the Impala had 6 taillights, with a reverse light in the middle on each side. The Bel Air and Biscayne both had 4 lights, and the Bel Air had a piece of trim around the taillight panel, which this one doesn't seem to have. I think the 6-cylinder cars just had the shield on the trunk lid, 283 cars had the shield and a V trim, and the 348 cars had crossed flags and a V trim.
The car in front of the Chevy has a European license plate on it. That car looks like it could be a Mustang.
Not sure about the Chevy, but looks like a bubbletop. Incredible visibility. You can easily see the car in front. No need for cameras in those days.
