This photo is from the 2018 Oude Klepper Parade, in Europe. Sure does look like the DGR though, I agree. The vintage bike owners over there around Belgium, where this photographer, Elena Li, is from, are really nice dressers, and get out to a lot of events! I'm slowly going through Elena's facebook page and galleries to pull out the best photos of the vintage bikes and trikes.
