    At first I wasn't sure what I was looking at, but then it hit me. How the hell can the foreman misread the blue print so badly?! I'm sure the new home owner was none to happy about this.

    How on earth does that happen? The concrete contractor wasn't smart enough to say, "Wait, should I contact someone about this?"
