Hard to understand how a truck gets to the end of it's brake lights, both sides, and instead of replacing them, goes for non working tow lights

    That truck isn't in Oklahoma?
    Since 2000 we dropped vehicle inspections you see all kinds of things. On my daily commute its not uncommon to see a car with NO functioning brake lights. I see at least two cars on the way home everyday that have only one of three brake lights working.
