you can even make out the grill. 1969. The 68 and 70 had no center piece interrupting the empty area between headlights. Just a huge grill
All of that was likely trying to keep it from getting stollen out of their yard. Now that everyone in the world knows there is a Charger in the neighborhood . . . .
maybe, but in a minute, I'm going to add the photo I took of it while driving by. Everyone driving by can spot it easy. The photo proves that anyone can see it driving by, biking by, and walking by. If they wanted to really hide it, a 4 foot high fence would do that.
