That is a Mercedes-Benz R-class. It was very unsuccessful model. The Wikipedia about the reasons:

The Chrysler Division of its parent company, DaimlerChrysler, had introduced the Pacifica two years prior to the R-Class, and the Pacifica was plagued with production and quality issues as well as poor marketing and few engine choices. My two cents: The Wikipedia mention Chrysler Pacifica. In my opinion that is not a good looking car, but still looks better then the MB R-class. The R-arrived was expensive, and without any MB character. If you cover the star logos it is hard to guess what is that. It could be any korean brand.
