Standing applause for Douglas County Sheriff’s deputy (Colorado) Michael Gregorek

 he was dispatched to the car fire on January 22nd, shattered the windows of the SUV with a baton before pulling a dog out. 

I suspect that the electric system was shorted out, and the doors and windows electrically locked (why don't they unlock on loss of electricity?)
