When we build a trailer, we usually use wheels we already have laying around. The trailer I pulled a couple of days ago has wheels the came off of a 1936 ford pickup. I don't have the hubcaps on, they are hanging on the shop wall. But I could see the Ford GT guys doing something similar.
My folks had 65 Ford Galaxie with those covers. Occasionally one would just fly off when driving down the road. Dad finally had enough and replaced them with "dog dish" hub caps.
The trailer wheel covers should match the tow vehicle.

ReplyDelete/Those at 1965 Ford wheel covers. Looks like a 65 Country Squire tow vehicle. May match
