I saw two things this past sunday, that were at both the VW Revival, and the Steve McQueen car show, and I already posted the tool boxes used in interesting new ways, these boom boxes were the other item. It's great to find these are still desirable and fun to have

sure would be cool to see more of these big ol Cats on the road

they did such a good job with the 54 COE

original owner has held onto their 79 Camaro

and it has this very unique and specific grill ornament... I looked online, and the usual ones didn't have the year

there were a lot of 914's at the Steve McQueen car show, so there were plenty to compare the flat side 914s and the fender flared 914 -6s. The wide body 914-6 are much better looking

Here they are, you decide. My mind is made up that the widebody is better looking

I heard K Code Mustangs were special, rare, and in high demand, but, I never heard (or have forgotten) that they were factory built solid lifter 289s... and I didn't realize that the fender tag near the front bumper "High Performance" was the clue

And I didn't know any 64s were K Code!

here's a car that's raced a lot of tracks, run some rallys, and earned a lot of stickers.

hell of a Husquevarna... what a paint job!

such a cool surprise to come across this gasser at the Steve McQuuen car show, not only a vintage dragster, but also a magazine featured one - with photos of it in action back in the golden age of drag racing

sweet gasser Corvette, I think it's a 66? I can't recall. A lot of effort went into the interior and roof upholstery!

906 replica used in the movie Ford vs Ferrari... a pleasure to appreciate the exterior design

The annual Steve McQueen car show fundraiser for/at Boys Republic in Chino Hills has grown since I was last there, and now includes vintage airplanes! WW2 Jeeps! in addition to the motorcycles, Porsches, hot rods, dragsters, musclecars, etc

Most of the displayed vehicles correspond to Steve McQueen movies, etc.. and the jeeps are related to this movie, and I've never seen it! Hell, I don't think I've even heard of it! BOB NEWHART!
