You only need to find something as hard to cut, to chain your bike TO, as this $800, 5 foot long chain and lock, 47 pounds of don't even bother trying to cut this, you'll get through the tire and rim in 1/10th as much time

The LockPickingLawyer calls this the strongest padlock in the world. They shot this lock with 60 rounds of 5.56mm, 40 rounds of .308 armor piercing and 20 shots of .50 caliber ammunition before it failed.

I think he said it's rated to last for over 10 minutes of cutting with a cordless angle grinder with spare battery and extra cutting disks.
