What are some old bucket seats worth? Say they were the first ones ever put into a Corvette. Does that matter? They are just going to be garage or museum display pieces from here on out, reupholstering them is meaningless to a restoration is my guess

well these are for sale on ebay for 90k. Yeah, about 1/11th of a million dollars for seats no one can recognize as famous, no one will ever use again, and no one will sit in. 

The seller claims they are from the first Corvette prototype, but refuses to prove it. 

Until after they sell. 

That's absurd... and the "I'll only prove it to the buyer" sounds like an obvious tip off of a scam that the seller will pass along to the buyer, so the buyer can perpetuate it when they get flipped for profit the next time. No doubt that is how the seller acquired them
