Someone got onto the freeway from an entrance ramp on the far side from me, and they were either burning the tires, or a lot of oil. The smoke cloud was impressive

    Could you tell what it smelled like? At a guess to me it looks like burning oil.

      no smell, I was upwind. I'll try to remember to look at the on ramp for tire tracks
