think you've got traffic problems? There are only 3 interstates into San Diego from the USA, and one from TiJuana... and only 1 car is all it takes to cause an hour and 20 minute delay to get you 22 miles if it's in the right place. Like this morning

10 mile freeway backup across all lanes, for 80 minutes, because of ONLY one car... and it wasn't even a sports car, crashing on the embankment OFF the freeway.

I tell you, nothing is as stupid as the realization that police won't get out onto the traffic jam, and get people moving again... and make a big damn portable curtain to hide a wrecked car from the view of 10,000 morons who have to stop and look - at a wrecked car
