Looks like 1938 or 39, by the badge on the side cowl, and the possible round shape of the grill, This might even be a 1938 Ford truck. Interesting that they had hydraulic rams for dump truck scissor beds
Would love to know where that dealership was, and if it's still standing. Does not seem to be one of the remining Chicago "auto row" buildings, but the terra cotta decoration is appropriate.
