So, I think that makes France, Spain, and England all dealing with a farmers insurrection - not over crops, but over meddling politicians making a mess of international trade.

Seems easy to fix, replace those politicians with ones that don't want the entire countries farming population laying siege to major cities and airports, and hospitals and groceries... in addition to bringing manure spreaders and letting those spray cow shit all over govt buildings in the cities.
