The six camels were from Desert Storm missions, while the crab represents a mission during "Operation Uphold Democracy" (19 September 1994 – 31 March 1995) in Haiti. Pineapples would have meant missions in Panama "Operation Just Cause" from mid-December 1989 to late January 1990.
