thank you, but, there's no reason to pay full price for a book anymore. Simply buy a used copy for 1/2 price. I am certain that most book review people simply sell the copy they are sent, on Amazon or ebay, for 1/2 price. The stack I have is impressively large, and taking up a lot of damn space. I will likely sell mine too. It's not likely that I'm going to read them again
