Did you known 911 is unable to get photos sent to them? You can't text, facebook message, or email a photo to the police to show them what the hell the people look like that you're trying to describe. Ain't that effing stupid?

Yesterday I tried to get the cops to get this wacko off the overpass where as you can see, there is not much space between the traffic going past and the K rail. He's either going to get hit by a car or get the cops to help him... and according to 911, no one had yet called them to get him help. 

in his outstretched hand, he seemed to have a bunch of magenta chalk, or maybe some bright purple fruit. I couldn't tell, he was too far away. 

Anyway, by the time the 911 people answered the phone, I couldn't remember what he was wearing, when the dispatcher asked me what the guy looked like.  But I had taken these photos out of incredulity that someone was losing their marbles in traffic, and could have simply sent the image to the 911 dispatcher
