The inventor says that he designed this as a step up from a small motorcycle in places like Thailand. The foam construction is supposed to be lighter and safer for pedestrians, in case of collisions. Their motto is "Safe, Soft, Sexy"!
Their Facebook page says that one of the inventors/owners was moving to San Diego to find people to rent-to-own these vehicles.
For some reason, my company's network won't let me access the website on the back of the vehicle.
