The Arizona Department of Public Safety just screwed up royally, and made the public unsafe... but using a spike strip on 7 innocent cars who were 70 mph, and MISSING the one suspect car.

    Had anyone of these drivers been seriously injured or killed, no amount of monetary reparations could make up for the loss.
