have you heard of the Prairie Schooner steakhouse restaurant in Ogden Utah? Looks like the new owners that bought it in 2018 really have made it a fun place to get some great food. They even named one steak a Wagonmaster. I like that

    There is a similar place in West Yellowstone. "Buckaroo Bill's Icecream & BBQ".
