This was bought by Hellerton, another went to Friendship Fire Co in Morgantown, PA. They were a model that Hahn introduced, but not with any idea that it was a complete waste of money and time

ReplyDeleteFire trucks are a funny business. Even today, there are companies that make only one or two trucks a year. You can almost build them out of a catalog.
ReplyDeleteI saw a photo some time ago and wonder... the hell is that. It have some charm, lack of roof too. It fit perfectly in to classic joke that US made cars cant turn.
