I just bought this ladder from Harbor Freight. With their coupons, it was a little over $100.

It's very similar to the Murphy ladder, except it doesn't collapse as much. I bought it to put Christmas lights up on the front of my garage, but I should get a lot of use out of it. It isn't as stable as the 8 foot step ladder I have, but it should be easier to get it out of the garage to use it.
