Nearly all of the dealership’s Challenger Hellcats, Charger Hellcats, Jeep Wranglers and pickup trucks.
Dealership owner Carlos Hidalgo tells the station that the looters had about five hours in which to pillage the cars, because police were overwhelmed dealing with incidents in other parts of the city
"As we are getting them back, I've got cars without engines," Hidalgo told FOX 2.
The dealership estimates it has lost $5 million in the thefts and say they plan to hire armed guards. (doubtful)

ReplyDeletethat is something different, there are peaceful protests happening too... BUT, police are treating them like riots, so, lots of the police force get stuck covering those, and so, very few cops are doing anything useful. Rioter and looters know it, so they do damage in other parts of town.
DeleteIt's a classic proven method of destruction, give the police a distraction across town, and rob the bank where the police aren't. It's in every robbery movie... because it works.
