Actually it's a C500 Dodge. Very small cab, I drove a mobile home toter with one of them in the early 70's. Decent truck but very noisy.
ReplyDeleteThanks! What's the visual clues to seeing a C500 from a D500?
ReplyDeleteThe C500 had butterfly fenders that swung out to get to the engine easier, narrower hood, different doors and probably a narrower body.
DeleteI used to fix these trucks at a Mopar dealership in the 70's. The front fenders are hinged vertically at the grill and swing out to access the engine. One of the easiest things I ever worked on. The D cab is the standard regular truck cab.
