What the hell is this loading ramp doing without caution paint, stantions and chains, etc... not a single warning of any kind in and direction around it



Until you press play, you are NOT seeing the loading ramp in the video. The one you see BEFORE you press play has yellow caution color stanchions and a chain... but the one in the video? Is a lawsuit waiting to happen

    Well I can see if it were dark and you were moving a bit quicker, yes that's a definite law suit. Maybe my eye see it better then the women driving in this video. Also, it sounds like t's full of water. But I agree, that's very dangerous and should be marked off as such.

    This was on America's Funniest Home video's a couple of years ago, because the driver, despite this quite awful thing happening to her continues to wonder where the candle store is.

    Im not a lawyer, but im pretty sure theres several OSHA violations in that video.

    every dock is supposed to have a barricade, a chain, or rope, or something to prevent someone from doing what they just did.
