The "Rainbow Superbird" was either put together from parts in their original colors, or more likely painted to look like all 7 standard Superbird colors happened to work out this symmetrically by luck while replacing parts

The 7 standard Superbird colors: Limelight Green main body, Vitamin C Orange hood, Blue Fire Metallic front fenders and wing, Lemon Twist Yellow nose, Tor Red front spoiler, Alpine White front fender scoops and Corporation Petty Blue front grill trim.
