A 1968 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 Fastback was discovered in a barn in Texas a decade ago and it's up for auction.



The collector who bought it, Amos Minter, decided to get it running again and kept its original patina intact.

Due to be raced hard, it's already been switched from automatic to 4 speed, and it's not the original engine either. But, really, isn't it better to have to not worry about damaging a numbers matching car anyway?

and look at how nice the interior is!


Now, it's going to sell at the Mecum Auctions event in Indianapolis in mid-May.
