Note the Cedric is a van - in other words a more basic utility wagon. We have a JDM 1987 Toyota Crown van which originally had (very lightweight) bars in the rear side windows as well. Looking at some photos I took about ten years after we bought it in 1991 we must have removed the bars quite early on - or they got knocked off.
Yes, that's clearly the biggest word on that ad.. but, you ignored my question. PLease, when commenting, on a post that is only a question, be as kind as possible and weigh in with your answer. I am curious as to the general motoring crowd's take on some things, and I'd like to know, which is a better name, Cedric, or picnic, for a vehicle.
