    Jesse, we have one of the Ford Steering Controls in it's original box in our 1915 Model T service garage at Heritage Village in Largo, FL. About the same condition as the one you show. I'm sure all the claims are verifiable.

      I expect they are, with loose steering and suspension, I suppose this just stabilized the steering wheel from vibrations and slop
