The Japanese Ministry of Defense announced investigations confirmed that Kawasaki Heavy Industries had supplied fraudulent test data on its engines and provided inappropriate gifts to a number of naval personnel over the past 40 years.

One hell of a large time capsule in Seward Nebraska, was sealed in 1975, with a 50 year time line opening, so that many of the young people who put things in could enjoy seeing them after 5 decades, and to see what their parents and grand parents put in the capsule for THEM!
In 1983, after the title was snatched, Davisson responded by building a second time capsule on top in the shape of a pyramid. Inside that capsule, sealed in 1985, was a 1975 Toyota Corolla. His efforts paid off as he reclaimed the title which is now carried in perpetuity since Guinness retired the classification.
After the contents have been distributed, Harold Davisson’s goal was for the crypt to be refilled for another 50 years. As the sole owner of the time capsule, and the only family member living in Nebraska, it’s up to Johnson to decide, and she doesn’t have plans to repeat the process.
“I have one granddaughter. She is 4 and a half. I would not obligate her to what I’ve experienced,” Johnson said.
Traci Prochaska hopes this isn’t the end of the time capsule legacy in Seward.
“It’s amazing how technology and things like cars have changed over 50 years,” Traci Prochaska said. “I’m sure back then people probably imagined flying cars by the year 2025, which hasn’t actually happened yet. It would be cool if they had a plan to create another time capsule with new stuff so people could witness it again in 50 years.”

Kawasaki made a robot horse, powered by a hydrogen engine
It goes without saying that the video above is almost entirely CGI. The Corleo on display at the Osaka Expo can stand and adjust its posture, but otherwise has very limited mobility. There’s still a long way before it can achieve the kind of agility as shown in the demo video. The concept is primarily a thought exercise, with no plans for production.
Kawasaki is presenting a hydrogen-powered four-legged robot concept at Osaka Expo 2025 providing a glimpse of the future of off-road personal mobility. Resembling a robotic horse – or perhaps a lion, as the name “Corleo” suggests – the concept was developed by the parent company Kawasaki Heavy Industries and not Kawasaki Motors
The Corleo’s four legs are all powered by electricity generated by a 150cc hydrogen-burning engine housed between the two front legs.

Slimsfab "The Executioner" powered by Kawasaki H-2 750cc two stroke triple, all wheel drive trike
https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=343587320562014&set=pcb.343587430562003
This is probably the most thought provoking thing I've seen months.
The tires and rims are fantastic, and the headlight is just right for the funky look
But it's a 3 cylinder? Hey, I know nothing about motorcycle engines, so, I looked online and that's a legit Kawasaki engine. Learn new stuff all the time, I guess a 360 degree timing is easily divided into 3rds, so... a Kawasaki three cylinder two stroke
If you want to check out the other stuff Slim has done, he was blogging about his work until 2014 https://slimsfab.blogspot.com
Now he's on facebook https://business.facebook.com/slims.fabfarm a little, but nothing like his Instagram https://www.instagram.com/slimsfab
see some photos of the build of this trike at https://www.instagram.com/p/CStyur3nm5b/

the only motorcycle with a Wichita State University registration sticker racing on El Mirage, a 1977 Kawasaki, the F*Bomb
http://jackshitsworld.blogspot.com/2011/05/its-just-so-hard-to-believe.html?zx=638c497457ce4495 tells you who Lorrie was, and why she is loved by many. It also mentions she was killed in the night by semis racing through Oklahoma that ran her over from behind. WTF right?
