You just brought back a memory. I bought a Datsun 510? At an auction, it needed front fenders and a hood. I worked at a bar in North Seattle and found the parts down by Tacoma in a wrecking yard. I get there in my '69 Dodge van. Surprise! They have the whole front clip and we couldn't get it inside the van. Well, I just happened to have my ski rack on the roof...YUP..Picture us heading north on I-5 on a Friday night. I even had to take it to work with me. I figured if it fell off what would the cops do wondering where the rest of the car was.. Got the Datsun back together and sold it to one of my waitresses.
