The problem with high schools, is they don't teach kids what it takes to get a job. But the Opportunity Central, also known as the OC, in Dallas Texas, flipped that. One thing kids get hands on day to day work experience on, OJT, is car mechanics, They also operate a barber shop, florist, coffee shop, etc
