Last month, the buyer of a cheap GMC Syclone discovered his new classic pickup was in fact stolen. Rather than try to cover his tracks, he found the original owner and got the truck home, but it cost him thousands of dollars.

the GMC Syclone community rallied to repay him for his kindness. 

They did this not just by recouping his funds over GoFundMe, but by finally getting him into a Syclone of his own.

The story has a happy ending," said George Bowman, who was the original owner of one of the less than 3,000 Syclones built, and he sold his to the guy that got ripped off. And cut thousands off his asking price to make the whole issue straight.
