Oh wow... someone is going to score an enviable 69 wagon, with only 55k miles on it... a 390, AC, side-facing third-row jump seats, and disc brakes. Currently bid to 15k, 2 days to go

That 390 was indestructible. Had a friend in college with one that was an oil burner, still under warranty. Dealer said it was 'within spec' for oil usage. Serv mgr said, "only way to warranty it is if you blow it up". So we put it outside the shop, put a brick on the gas pedal and let it run wide open. Ran out of gas, no damage, no change.
ReplyDeleteThat would be a great all around vehicle. Put a throttle body injector and stand alone computer and drive the wheels off of it.. Wagons are great drivers!
