IT's a 1929 Packard model 640 Runabout, and online I see that they had straight 8's, a 319 for the base or the 384.8 cu in for the "big 8" https://amazingclassiccars.com/1929-packard-640-roadster/
I am assuming that htis is a V-16. Any clarification?
