How about this... a factory-built Mack Rail Car. In addition to being the oldest commercial vehicle manufacturer in the country, it's also the oldest rail motor car builder, making its first in 1903. (thanks Steve!)
Mack has built Rail Cars, Rail Buses, and locomotives.
