There’s a 99.36247% chance the location of this pic is at the intersection of Granville and Robson, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Mallek’s Women’s Apparel shop pictured was one of at least two in British Columbia as of 1940, and a Google Earth view of the intersection reveals two buildings across the street from the dress shop that bear a strong resemblance to those in the posted image.
